Suggest Treatment For Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Dear Doctor, I am 52, dignosied for IBS and LES LAX -Slightly. After bowl evacuation i feel the whole stomach become emply and hollow, at present i am not taking any bills. Five year back underwent colonoscopy , 2 years back endoscopy-3rd time. It very much affects my efficiency and concentration, recently suffered diaherea 2 times within a span of 2 3 weeks. I am taking veg.foods only. Pl advise,

* Certain points for better recovery

- drink plenty of liquids in sessions
- avoid prolong fasting , over eating
- always keep stomach 20% empty during each meals
- avoid all high fat content , cheese , butter , paneer , ghee , spicy , chilly
- consume more of whole grains , green veg , cereals , pulses, legumes ,
fresh curd , butter milk
- in our clinic we recommend selected antibiotics , proton pump inhibitors ,
probiotics for gut flora
- avoid stress , anxiety
- have regular sound sleep of 8 hrs
- regular walking , exercises , YOGA help a lot
