Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Hi Doctor, I m 18 years old girl I have hormonal issues since ever. Anway my period is messed up I never monitor it untill recently for 2 months it was 28 days cycle but then I got it after 16 days and it was spotting. I also have alot of menopausal symptoms, I know this weird but I experience 80% of menopause symptoms which is weird, I also have excessive testosterone. I dont think I have PCOS because I have them since very young age (about testosterone) so what it could be?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Some women do have an abnormal cycle frequency. This can be improved with the use of oral contraceptives.

PCOS can occur in different age groups so if you are having any symptoms that may be related then it may be best to see your doctor for assessment which would include blood tests and imaging.

I hope this helps
