OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Firstly, let me inform you that PCOD is a treatable condition and you need not get depressed at all. Please remember that it is the attitude which influences how well your hormones respond to the treatment. Since all your parameters like tubal patency and male factor are good, once regular ovulation is established, further management can be planned. Metformin helps to induce ovulation by controlling insulin resistance. Please maintain a healthy lifestyle and follow your doctor's suggestions. Hope this helps.
