OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
All your symptoms point to hormone imbalance, most likely to be from polycystic ovaries. What you need to do is to see a specialist, get a proper clinical evaluation, a complete hormone profile including thyroid profile, serum DHEAS levels, serum Prolactin, insulin levels, blood counts, urinalysis and a trans-vaginal/pelvic sonogram. The diagnosis can be made after these tests and further management planned. Hormone deficiencies can be corrected through supplements, while regular exercise and healthy diet help to manage weight. Acne and hair loss are to be treated separately. Hope this helps.
