Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Periods

Hi I m 16 and got my period when I was 14. I have had irregular periods since the start and I am worried there is something wrong with me. I have a muscular build but I m not obese. I m 5 4 and 145 lbs. I exercise but not a crazy amount and I eat rather healthy and get good sleep

Understand your concern
First you have to find the cause of irregular menstrual period by consult the gynecologist.
I think following causes in irregular menstrual period:
Ovarian cyst/polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Hormonal imbalance
Thyroid dysfunction.
I advice you to go for following investigations:
Reproductive hormone analysis and thyroid hormone analysis.
USG scan and ovarian follicle study.
Generally period can be regularize by prescribing following medicine:
Oral contraceptive pill for 4-6 months and progesterone only pill can be given second half of the cycle.
Take multivitamin tablet, continue exercise & yoga, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of waters daily (2-3 liters)
So consult the gynecologist and go for investigations and take proper treatment.
