Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

Hi In the last 2 years I have had a period that usually skips a month or two. Now I have not had my period since October however I am not pregnant. I am also very sleepy all day. I also have had ovarian cysts in the past that have ruptured. I m just wondering what this could be and if its serious?

your age should be known to me. Ayurveda has 100℅ successful, small procedure, decoctions treatment and some other safe herbal medicine are used for it. 'Aartav shudhi' is the name of procedure means cleansing the menstrual track. decoction may not be palatable. no harm at all. cysts , if any, are also addressed by it. please consult.
