Suggest Treatment For Involuntary Tremors In Hands And Heaviness In Limbs
My hands started shaking about 15 years ago. The right hand is worse than the left and is worse in certain positions or with certain movements. Sometimes neither shake. They do not shake when I am at rest or sleeping. About 5 years ago my legs started being affected. My right arms sometimes flails out involuntarily. I can stiffen to stop the tremors and flailing. Sometimes my torso shakes. Once the shaking stops – 5 to 30 min later - my arms or legs feel exhausted, heavy, hard to lift. When I am tired or anxious it is worse. When the shaking is over, I am exhausted. There is a history of nonessential tremors on the paternal side and Parkinson’s on the maternal side. I have experienced trauma. No one in my family flails like I do nor shakes like I do. What could be wrong with me?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern such tremor could be essential but this could be due to Parkinson too and this need to be ruled out (Your age and gender are missing here ) some time this could be due to some functional condition, hope this information helps ( In medicine basis information of age and gender are mandatory without this nothing can be said for sure) take care.
