Suggest Treatment For Intraosseous Ganglion Cyst In Tibia

Hi there I just found out I have an intraosseous cyst 10mm located on my tibial plateau. The pain started 1 month ago during a training run and has not gotten any better. The pain is fine at rest but during walking or any activity I am in extreme pain. What are the treatment options? Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pain due to cystic lesion then it has to be treated in that way only till then any NSAID (Non steroid anti-inflammatory) drug can be used and best would be Tab Acetaminophen with Diclofenac three times in day, potent analgesic can be used if this is sever pain condition hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
