Hello and welcome to HCM,
Intestinal blockage is characterized by abdominal pain & discomfort, inability to pass stools or flatus.
As you have mentioned that you have not passed stools for past one day but this history does not prove that you are suffering from intestinal obstruction.
Dark circles under eyes can occur due to decreased sleep, poor nutrition, dietary deficiency of important nutrients etc.
Retention of water occurs in kidney problems so you need to get kidney function tests to assess the function of kidney.
The crampy pain in central abdomen needs to be investigated.
Cramps can occur due to intestinal obstruction, mesenteric vein obstruction, intestinal spasm, volvulus etc.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your surgeon for clinical assessment and ultrasound abdomen to assess the abdominal organs and to detect any abnormality.
Appropriate management can be instituted thereafter.

Thanks and take care
