Hello and welcome to HCM,
Was the lesion on the buttock diagnosed as fungal infection by your doctor?
If yes, then you may continue the anti-fungal treatment.
If the lesion was not examined by a doctor previously, then a clinical assessment is required.
There is a possibility that the lesion may not be due to fungal infection but some other infection e.g. bacterial infection and that may the reason of non-response of the lesion to anti-fungal treatment.
Thus, consultation with your primary healthcare provider is necessary.

Thanks and take care
