Suggest Treatment For Internal Hemorrhoids

Internal hemorrhoids? I have been seen by a doctor and given a cream and diet instructions. But feel a thorough exam was not given. It s like I have no feelin in my rectum meaning I can t really tell if I have to poop. My anus is tight as hell. Most of the pain is the front of anus towards the scrotum and it feels swollen up in that area any other concerns I should be worried about. I think this was brought on by slight constipation and very large bm s prior to my symptoms. Or should I give this problem more time.
