General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
There might be having fungal infection on local part.
Due to diabetes flare up of infection is common.
Important is to keep local personal hygiene clean, dry and airy particularly during period.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Go for anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Take Benadryl or Cetrizine for itching.
Ok and take care.
