Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Fever, Dizziness And Fatigue

Good evening Dr! I have had a fever off an on and body aches, all over body fatigue for the past 3 weeks, going on 4. i have a dry mild cough, dizziness, and headaches. went to Urgent Care, they told me that I had an UTI and bronchitis. I was on antibiotics for 7 days and still have all the same symptoms. I get worse in the evening with absolutely no energy at all. I am a very active person while not in this state, i can t do anything at this point. Please Help with some good advice, seems my doctor can t provide me with that.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the febrile condition then underlying cause of this need to be known and it need to be treated some time it may be viral one and if this is so then it may not need any treatment, you have not done your age and gender here else something else could be thought hope this information helps.
