Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Diarrhea, Joint Pain And Fatigue
I have intermittent symptoms of diarrhea, joint pain, and feeling really tired. It started a week or more ago and then went away, came back not as bad, went away, I was able to walk 4 miles, then it hit me again. I am a 67 year old male in really good health. Jon

I really appreciate your concern, because of the dyspepsia and may be due to nonspecific reason, take care in diet have light diet, drink more water, such diarrhea may not need any treatment, but care need to be taken for hydration, else it is nothing to worry, if the symptoms persist then it may requires some medication then you can try Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days along with Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed hope this information helps.
