Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Bleeding From Rectal Area

having intermittent bleeding from rectal area. hemorrhoids ruled out, swelling of abdomen to size of 9 mo pregnancy . pain along right side and under rt rib.. all test negative. 4 uti's in4 mo. never had one before.extreme fatigue and muscle weakness. am usually nhealthy excepy gor anemia tha started 4 yrs ago. all these symptoms since april. a, female. 64.no female organs,appendix or gallbladder. drs are stumped.
