Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understand your problem.

Tablet zolfresh can cause such probelms like headache , memory problems more commonly in naive users.

Other options for inducing sleep are tablet ativan 1mg or rivotril 0.5mg. These donot have side effects but have habit forming potential if taken for more than 4weeks.

Also you can follow some simple tips which can help you sleep better:
1. Avoid daytime nap.
2. Dont drink tea, coffee, alcohol at bedtime, if you do.
3. Have a warm water bath before going to sleep.
4. Dont listen to heavy music at bed time.
5. Dont do vigorous exercises at bed time.

Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
