Suggest Treatment For Inner Ear Infection

Hello I have been sick for a month with either an inner ear infection or hepatitis A and I have been lightheaded, slight nauseous, and have had a slight headache for 28 days now and I was just wondering If you can get lightheaded/dizzy with hepatitis A? I m sensitive to light and sound and any kind of fast moving commercials make me start to feel lightheaded/dizzy/nauseous. Doctor did say I have some pressure in my left ear but my bilirubin levels were a bit high so they re checking that atm.

Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your and being your physcian ii completely understand your health concerns.
for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like diabetes or hyptertension? are u having fever?
based upon your history it may appear to be a labyrinthitis mean infection of the inner ear, but, have u suffering from any ringing of bells in ear along with the vertigo, since in abscence of these symptoms the diagnosis may be iin doubt .
you need to be assesed by the ENT surgeon for definitive diagnosis.
As far as HEPATITIS A is concerned i dont think it is giving u these symptoms. All u need for hepatitis A is take good rest with simple diet that should contain fruits and vegetables.
mean while stay calm and meet your ENT surgeon. You can use SERC 60 two times daily tablets . it will help u relieve symptoms.
get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
