Suggest Treatment For Inner Ear Infection And Vertigo

about three weeks age i had vergto and seem like an inner ear infection and coughing, but the doctor said they looked fine but the were ringing loudly and hurt but the ear cannel was very small, ear drops and vertgo exercises then a week later the side of my neck swelled and i went to the doctor and the said i had and outer ear canel infections- antibodatic and keep using ear drops but now my ears still ring and hurt and my neck is stiff do i need to make another trip or will it go away
