Suggest Treatment For Ingrown Toe Nail

a couple of days ago, my big toe started to periodically, feel like a hot poker was sticking into my big toe, today I noticed a small ingrown toenail, on the inside, I clipped it and it is a lot better, but occasionally, I am still getting that sharp stinging pain
