Suggest Treatment For Inflammation On The Labia Minora

The day after having sex I started to feel slight pain while at work and then realized that night that my right labia minor is inflamed and not very painful but uncomfortable, its also a bit hard. Could this be a cyst or just caused from too much friction? Should I be concerned?

Avoid using ordinary soaps in that area (try using medicated lactobacillus soaps). Use cotton and soft underwear. Maintain hygiene. Try using local emolient cream. If still persists, consult doctor and get cured.
