Suggest Treatment For Inflammation In Testicle After Varicocellectomy

Hi, I had undergone a laproscopic surgery for indirect inguinal Hernia and Varicocellectomy two years back. Since then I have been having little pain and inflammatory sensing in lower half of my left testicle. I gets worse when I am having sexual pleasures with my partner. Kindly advice what should I do?

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
I understood your health concerns.
My Impression-
Based on facts of your query,You seems to suffer from-
Testicular Congestion with sexual arousal and sexual acts, when the testicles are having maximum blood supply, but is not drained short of the parallel venous drainage to the iliac or renal veins, mostly from Varicocelectomy.
So its not the inflammation but the obstructed venous channels, causing more than normal congestion, after the sexual acts.
You should inform your attending Urologist, who would assess your case with USG and colour doppler and would treat it according to the cause of it.
Mostly the incompetent Veins are still remaining, and causing pain from retrograde flow and congestion.
So you need to assess the Success of Varicocelectomy from Your Urologist.
Hope this would help you to plan further care with your doctors there.
