Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Ingrowing toe nail is a frustrating problem and it can cause inflammation many times. So i would suggest you to take surgeon s opinion and remove this toe nail because till then you will continue to have these scabs.
If you are not willing for surgery then you need to avoid wearing shoes, do not keep this place wet and apply this cream. I hope you are not a Diabetic.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
