Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Bronchioles

I went to the walk in this morning after 3 days of SOB and severe coughing. The ARNP told me mt bronchioles are inflamed causing the wheezing, she gave me a nebulizer treatment and an albuterole inhaler 2 puffs every 2-3 hours. this is not working in the least. the cough is so bad I cannot keep food down, and the wheezing is worse , and the feeling of cobwebs is back..

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may need a course of steroids and additional nebulisations with oxygen if the coughing is still severe and associated with shortness of breath.

It would be best to be reviewed as soon as possible to that additional treatment can be initiated.

I hope this helps
