Hi welcome to health care magic....

Without detail history and physical examination your problem cannot be ruled out....

The basic investigation that should be done are.....
For your husband ......
-Semen analysis
-Blood glucose
-Serum FSH, LH, testosterone

For you.......
-Hemogram
-Chest x ray, ESR , mantoux test
-Thyroid profile
-Hysteroscopy
-USG
-Lapriscopy only if nedded
-serum prolactin

It will be Examination that decide which further investigation needed
