Suggest Treatment For Infertility

I have had irregular cycles since being pregnant as a teen and later had a miscarriage, I have not gotten pregnant since 1996; I just turned 35yrs. old a couple of days ago. The last couple of months I have been having regular cycles until this past Sunday or Monday. I have been having regular menstrual flow no matter when my cycle starts. I think it maybe due to my weight loss. This cycle has lasted the normal amount of days which is 5 days but with dark brown discharge, with little blood like usual. My husband and I have been married for 8 years but with no luck of conceiving. Neither of us have children. What can we do, we would really like to have a baby or two before its too late for us. I haven t attempted to purchase a pregnancy test because of disappointment of the negative test results. I am a diabetic and my husband and I have been trying to conceive for years now.

Both of you should undergo a thorough evaluation to find out the reason for infertility and to take necessary treatment..
For you an ultrasound, thyroid test, blood sugars urine analysis and complete blood picture and hormone analysis if required..
For your husband routine investigation and semen analysis..
After all these tests we can come to a diagnosis and can decide upon lines of treatment..
Please do consult a gynecologist who can advise you better regarding the issue..
Do not be upset as you are only 35 and there is always option of in vitro fertilization if required..
Try to have healthy food, regular exercise and a healthy life style.
