OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

You have to do sex during your most fertile period and do it frequently.

If after trying 6- one year and you will not conceive then you should consult an infertility specialist and get your investigations along with your husband should be done to rule out the cause.

Take folic acid once daily.

Eat healthy and balanced diet, do some yoga, avoid stress.

Good luck
Regards
Dr.Richa
