Hi

Since you have developed an infected cyst over the eyebrow, you need to maintain proper local hygiene in the area .
Proper cleaning followed by application of a topical antibiotic cream is necessary .
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.
See a local dermatologist if the lesion tends to persist .
