Suggest Treatment For Infected Hair Follicle

hi. I had an infected hair follicle in my left axillary region 2 wks ago. just completed a z-pak last wk for bronchitis, and figured it would take care of the folliculitis. tonight, I noticed a hard, tender, cord like spot near the follicle, which is now like a tiny pink pimple. should I use a drawing salve?

HI,
Welcome to HCM,
As you rightly pointed out this is an hair follicle infection, i recommend you to take tab amoxicillin and clavulinic acid combination 625 mg twice daily after food for 5 days...tab paracetamol 500mg one tab whenever there is pain, and apply fusidic acid cream on the pimple three times a day.... get well soon...
I find this answer helpful
