Suggest Treatment For Indigestion And Growling Stomach

Hi , over the past few months I've noticed a change in digestion .. I haven't changes my diet or exercise or anything, so I'm very curious as to why this is suddenly an issue and won't go away... Basically it seems like my digestive system.is on overdrive, I'm always.hungry, stomach always growling, and I'm very bloated and.gassy , and especially right after eating my intestines are seeming to work extra hard to do it's Job or something because the gurling and bubbles in. Lower abdomen are.so huge and LOUD it is the most embarrassing thing ever.. Tapeworm? Lol, or kinkage in the intestines? Infection ? Also, for many years I've noticed that anytime.I lay back , on my back, that instantlybcauses my stomach to start growling a lot ... What's all this about and is that last part normal? No. One believes me til they see and hear it lol

I really appreciate your concern two things are very much clear here one is either this could be due to the intestinal infection or could be functional condition and may these both the condition possibly get together, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicine,
1) Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
2) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice day
