Suggest Treatment For Increasing Height
My daughter just completed her 11 years and is in her twelfth year.
She got he first periods today. She is 59 inches tall [less than 5 feet].My husband in around 5.7 and im g feet. Is there any way I could increase her height by another 5-6 inches.
Please advice.

onset of puberty doesn't mean halt of height ..
girls or boys tend to grow up to age of 19-21..
give her a proper diet which includes balanced amount of PROTEINS carbohydrates and vitamins..
indulging in physical activities like jogging swimming games or simple walking will make her grow naturally..don't worry
if you feel she has a stunted growth visit a doctor for further evaluation..
