Detailed Answer:
Hello dear Mad.
Thank you for asking on HCM!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
You are under treatment with 50 micogram thyronorm.
I would like to know your last hormone level.
TSH,Ft3 Ft4 ,
Also did you take Thyronorn every mornig with empty stomach?
Iam saying that : Untreated thyroid problems may also lead to infertility, miscarriage, or a baby born with birth defects. In your case we must to be sure:Is Thyronorm dose the right dose?

In your case my advised id to check Thyroid hormone level.
•     TSH ,Ft3,Ft4 ,TBG
•     FSH ,LH,
Also I recommendation you at the momet that you conferm pregnancy Thyronorm from 50 mg must to be 100mcg .
Please speak with your endocrinology doctor first, for futher information .Your husband must to consoult with androlog if you are thinking its his problem

Hope that i answered your concern.Don”t hesitation to ask me for futher information.
Best wishes
