Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for asking on HCM! I can understand your query and i would suggest you as follows;
-Hypothyroidism if not treated accurately may be a cause of irregular menstrual cycle, so i would recommend you to check the TSH level.
- You didn't mention if this is the first time that your cycle is irregular? Have you ever been diagnosed with PCOS?
-If you were a patient at my clinic and if TSH results to be normal with the actual dose i would recommend you some further exams as; ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries, FSH, LH, esteadiol and progresterone, prolactine. Always if pregnancy is ruled out.

I am opened for further information.

Kind regards,
Dr.Guni
