Welcome and thank you for asking!
I do appreciate your concern regarding to your mother's health.
If she has symptoms of hypothyroidism; weight gain, constipation, feeling sleepy, fatigue ect and the TSH level is high, she should start the treatment for hypothyroidism.
As she has angina pektoris, the lowest dose is recommended and should be under close monitoring by the doctor.
Hope i have answered your query. It will be a pleasure to answer your further questions.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
