Suggest Treatment For Hyperactive Disorder In A Child

Hello,I got a four year old girl who was recently put on sizodon 1mg/day due to a hyperactive disorder she has.She has not been able to concentrate in class-been told to take her for behavioural therapy.What will make her calm down?suffered menengitis at 4months,delayed milestones.

Hi, Thanks for asking.
In my opinion giving her sensory integration therapy will help her calm down. This will be done by an occupational therapist. Also the occupational therapy will help her for her delayed milestones.
I would suggest you also continue sizdon and start behavioural therapy for her.
