As per your query hyper-pigmentation on face is because of extreme sensitivity of your skin to sun light. It will cause re-pigmentation because of increased melanin production by melanocytes.
I would suggest you to :-
- Apply azelaic acid cream twice a day . Azelaic acid is natural extract of cereals which is effective and safe for use .
- Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 while going outside , so that UV rays will not damage the skin further .
- wash your face twice a a day and exfoliate once a week .
