Suggest Treatment For Hydrocephalus In A Child

I take care of a 2 year old who was never expected to live more than a few days but her Mother had different ideas and she is now almost three. She has mild Hydrocephalus and she is missing midbrain.se both sides of her brain . I am trying to find ways to get her to recognize and use her limbs together Can you give me ideas
