Suggest Treatment For Horizontal Nystagmus

my patient has horiontal nystagmus when she turns in a circle or her head is passivley moved from left to right or right to left. she had a head injury 2 months ago with a negative CT scan. her BP elevated to 160/90 after doing the rollover test for BPPV

horizontal nystigmus is generally due to involve ment of oblique muscle. in your case its hypertension more then head injury. hypertension should be treated and managed properly. ocular muscle movement should be recorded. it will help in diagnosis. and cause of nystigmus can be explained.
