Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Good day.
Prolactin of 57 is not a big number and it is unlikely to be due to a pituitary tumour. Did your doctor do an MRI of pituitary anytime?? Even in poly cystic ovary syndrome we see some elevation of prolactin. Thyroid dysfunction also cause prolactin elevation. What about your thyroid levels?
It is best to meet an endocrinologist. He will have to examine you and suggest further investigations. A treatment can only be suggested after finding out the cause
