Suggest Treatment For High Tsh Level

I am 55 years old my weight is 74 Kg, height 160 cms . I have done my blood test which showed TSH 22.54 after taking medicines for three months - thyroup it has come down to 9.63 my doctor has advised to increase the dose from 50 mg to 75 mg for two month should I proceed with the medicines

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism. YOur TSH is very high. Treatment is thyroid supplements drugs like thyronorm, thyroup, synthroid etc.

You are taking treatment with thyroid supplements and your TSH is decreased from 22 to 9.6 but still it is on higher side. So you need to increase the dosage of thyroid medicine.

You are in right direction. Just proceed with your doctor's advice.
