Suggest Treatment For High Triglycerides And Feeling Lethargic

Hi,
From past 2-3 years I have been detected by High Triglycerides in my body.I have not taken any medication till now, I am aged 29 (5.4ft, 72kgs) now. and I do indulge in physical activities very often. Now I have encountered that I feel lethargic very early and feel like taking rest all the time.
My physical activities consist of walking 2-3kms everyday, some cycling every week, and doing cardio workout weekly twice for half an hour. I can increase this but I feel lethargic.
I do consume alcohol and smoke occasionally (monthly twice) and do indulge in eating lot of chicken weekly 3-4 times. and I have no other ailments.
Could you please help and guide on what can be done.
