The normal TSH LEVEL IS 0.2 to 5.0 micro international units per ml. Your TSH LEVEL is high and suggestive of hyperthyroidism for which treatment is required by an endocrinologist. Low haemoglobin levels can be corrected by taking iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, jaggery, meat, fish, all vegetables, fruits. Hope i have answered your question. If you have furthur questions i will be happy to help.
