Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Increase heart rate in his case is due to underline stress. In that case, better to take any low dose benzodiazepine like clonazepam, that would help to decrease underline anxiety. There is no need to take it regularly. Just take it on sos basis and do some relaxation exercise. You can take psychiatrist consultation to rule out any anxiety disorder.

Thanks
