Hi.. First of all we need to know which day of fever it is. Viral infection usually lasts 4-7 days...with high grade fever but usually in between fever the kid will be active and playing around. Secondly Zanocin is Ofloxacin & I would avoid that drug in a 4year old. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
