Suggest Treatment For High Fever, Rashes And Body Pain

Think I might be hiv positive having dizzy spells ER visits said I had RSV I m 32 years old isn t that a kids virus I was having chills and fever of 101 having a rash on both sides of groin bumps that burst too pain in my left hand and lymp pain in both thighs

Thanks for asking at Healthcare magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
RSV is not uncommon in adults. However it can occur in imunocompromised adults like patient of leukemia, transplant or patient of COPD or asthma.
However fever with rash has a lot of differentials common are
1. Lyme disease
2. Treponema
3. Rubella
4. Parvo Virus B19
5. drugs
6. systemic diseases
Need workup. Do Peripheral smear, Blood C/S...
Take plenty of water, antipyritic like Tylenol.
Viral infection subsides on its own only need rehydration, antipyretic and bed rest.
