Suggest Treatment For High Fever In A Toddler

My 18 months daughter having fever since 3 days. . I gave her crocin next day meg kind though fever persist I gave oblige sic plus. Now temperature raised slight after 14 hours with red circle around right eye. Little bit irritable otherwise fine and playing. Is it only viral fever ? Bcoz she had not cold n cough diarrhoea vomiting or any pain.

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- It may be viral fever, important is to read the body temperature if this beyond 100 degree F then it may need antipyretic, if this persistence then may need some investigation because it may be bacterial infection.
Medication:- Acetaminophen can be tried.
Advise:- Care need to be taken for hydration.
Comments:- Most of the time this comes around without any complication be patience and let finish the course of fever.
