General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Kawasaki disease is of unknown cause. The initial treatment consist of aspirin, IVIG, steroids, and pentoxifylline. If not releived plasma exchange, abciximab or monoclonal antibody treatment can be tried. Sometimes it needs surgical treatment.
