Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of high fever, headache, cough and hip pain which could be due to viral infection/ upper respiratory tract infection which is causing body pain as well. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with paracetamol every 4 hourly. Maintain hydration status of yourself. Take analgesic medication along with antiinflammatory medication. Avoid taking large meals to and take small but frequent meals. You should take curd in diet. Start taking oral rehydration fluids sip by sip to maintain the hydration. Avoid cold carbonated beverages and spicy and oily food. Visit general physician once and get it examined. You should go for blood tests as well and start treatment after proper examination.
