Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Throat Infection

Having throat infection with high temperature ,shivering n greenish very bad belgham.difficulty in swallowing. I ate mangoes n next day pain started is it possible eating mangoes causes throat infection. Please tell me cure as im using antibiotic from 2 days but no improvement. What to do?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the throat infection is concerned, this can be secondary to bacterial infection either a water born or from the mangoes. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a corse of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole combination for a course of 5 days (if you are not allergic). Do saline gargling.
