Suggest Treatment For High Body Temperature, Throat Pain And Chills

I have temperature in range of 101 -102 deg farehnite since yesterday. It s not coming down at all though I am taking dolo 650 every 6 hours based on doctor advise. I have bad throat and lot of sputum formation . Sometimes it s getting shivering . Please suggest

Nothing to worry. Take coamoxyclav 625 tds, providone iodine girgle 2%(1:1), and paracitamol 650/dolo 650 when needed for 5 days. Hope will get well soon.
