Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Levels

last week blood test done for my husband,his age is 38, sugar ,cholestroal & ggt,He is not drunken and his food habit is also good,Evnthough he is having 129 sugar in fasting ,TGl 300,and ggt is 169,Kindly let me know what do to for this & the affects

Hi,
See his blood glucose level,triglycerides are at higher,he is more at risk of heart diseases,hypertion,infection,low quality of life,
You will have to make some lifestyle changes like strict diet with low calories,less oil no added salt,no cold drinks,
Include salad in every food,
Do exercise at least 3 times a week.
Please consult your you will have to start some lipid lowering drug and antidiabetic drug.
